Earlier this year, the ProHealth community celebrated 20 years serving the Peachtree City community. Over the years numerous people of Peachtree City and neighboring areas have walked through these doors seeking to improve their health, yet found much more – community, friendship and common ground in improving their health.
Community Fitness at ProHealth
ProHealth Physical Therapy and Pilates studio offers more than just a workout—it creates connection, accountability, and shared motivation to fuel your health journey.
Attending a group Pilates class alongside others who prioritize their health can help you stay committed and inspired to your own personal goals. The power of community lies in its encouragement; seeing others show up—even on hard days—reminds you that you’re not alone.
Shared motivation makes the journey sustainable. When you celebrate progress together and lift each other through setbacks, fitness becomes something you look forward to, not something you dread. It stops being just about physical change and starts becoming a lifestyle rooted in growth, connection, joy and relationship.
In a world that often pulls us toward isolation, classes like the ones at ProHealth, reminds us that we are stronger—physically, emotionally, and mentally—when we move together.
Pilates Testimonials at ProHealth in Peachtree City
There’s no lack of success stories among the community at ProHealth Pilates studio in Peachtree City, Georgia. Here’s a few inspiring words from clients here at ProHealth.
“I discovered Prohealth 18 years ago when a doctor recommended Pilates for my pelvic instability and a knee issue. I found Karyn in the yellow pages (!) and have continued with Pilates ever since. In recent years, I have added PT with Jessslyn on knee issues. I appreciate their expertise, encouragement and friendship. I’m grateful for the improvement in my back and knees as I’ve learned to incorporate proper posture, movement and exercise into my daily life. I love doing things that were only a dream 18 years ago. For example, I recently hiked a five mile trail, partially uphill, with my family – and I kept up with them!
I don’t know where I would be today without ProHealth. Thanks, Karyn, for planting your studio in Peachtree City, and thanks to everyone for their warm and caring atmosphere. When I walk in the door, I’m among friends. Happy 20th!” – Susan Austin

“I am a proud ProHealth Groupie. Before Covid, I fell several times in the garden and suddenly started to have this and that with a hamstring or sciatica. A friend recommended Karyn at ProHealth and in one visit I was helped ‘tremendously’! I took physical therapy but then would get sore again towards the end of the year with just my dull daily routines. I began taking the Building Better Bones class with Terri as I needed to keep my aging bones, ligaments, and brain awake year-round! Each day, I feel lucky to have Terri to thank for my stamina and mental alertness…I suggest to friends to come to physical therapy for their sore bones and body. People are reluctant to change and not aware that yes you can feel stronger and more alert as you age. Thank you ProHealth for keeping me upright in the garden!” – Karen McKernan, Age 77
